A : We pick you up around lombok ( mainland ) with no additional cost and drop out also around lombok .
Q : If i am coming from gili , What the best time come to lombok to get Waterfalls ?
A : we reccomend you arrived lombok 3 hours before sunset for explore waterfalls before trek
Q : Where can I leave my extra luggage during the trek program?
A : Your luggage leave on my office and take back after trek
Q : After trek Program i want go to gilis island , what time last public boat to gilis island ?
A : Last public boat to 3 gilis island :
- Gili trawangan : 04 : 30 PM
- Gili Meno : 04 :00 PM
- Gili Air : 05 : 00 PM
Q : Can payment using by Credit Card ?
A : Yes , we provide credit card for full payment at office ( senaru ) with tax fee 3%
Q : If i stay in senggigi or mataram before trek, What time pick up on day trek program ?
A : if you have book hotel in senggigi or mataram , we pick you up 05:00 PM and drop to Senaru for brifing and register
Q : How many Persons Minimum & Maximum your organize ?
A : We arrange min 1 person and max 20 persons
Q : May i Reschedule my trip program ?
A : Yes , you can rescheduled with same year and same identity 10 days before trip program
Q : What if i dont have headlamp and trekking poles ?
A : We give you without extra charge or rent if you book Deluxe on Service

A : yes , in your hotel where you stay have resturant and many restaurant and cafe in senaru villagge
