Resecdule 

• rescheduling is only possible if reouested at least 30 days before the trip.
• requests made less than 30 days before the trip will not be accommodated and the down payment will be forfeited.

Cancallation 

• cancellation by the guest is non– refund ,but the booking can be transferred to another person (substitute guest).

• if a cancellation is made by the boat operatordue to unavoidable reasons (such as a sudden technical issue), the operator is responsible for Arranging a replacement vessel of the same price CLass. If we Fail To Provide A suitable or replacement, the guest will receive a full Refund.
